Character Avatars
There are 16 character avatars, 8 for the CIA and 8 for MI6. These correspond to the 16 Suspect Cards and the 16 Personnel Records.
Avatars remain in front of their players for most of the game, but are placed on the board for Agent or Surveillance Operations to show that a character has been committed to those multi-turn actions.
